Below are all the details involved in booking a ceremony with me! Curious about something that isn’t listed here? Please reach out!

It all starts with a free call to discuss your ideas and chat through what might be possible!

 

The process for booking Significant Life MOments & Family Ceremonies:

Book a free 20-minute call to discuss your ideas and ask me any questions. If you still have questions after our initial call, just let me know! You can book your free consultation call here.

If you have decided to move forward in booking a ceremony, I will share a simple agreement form with you and then we will dive into creating an amazing ceremony to celebrate or acknowledge what you are going through.

I recommend people book their ceremonies at least 6 weeks in advance.

The details:

  • I require 50% of the ceremony fee up front to hold your date (prices listed below)

  • We will meet to discuss your desires for your ceremony and I will share what ideas I have

  • I will then write your ceremony including anything specific you may have requested

  • At least 3 weeks before the ceremony I will share the full ceremony outline with you for your review

  • You will share any edits or changes you have with me (up to two rounds of edits are included in the typical ceremony package)

  • Once the ceremony is finalized, I will share the ceremony document with you

  • After the ceremony is finalized, we will have a call to discuss the flow of the ceremony (who is involved, where will they stand, how will start and end, etc.)

  • The final 50% of the ceremony fee is due 1-day before the ceremony

  • I will join on your special day to officiate and perform the ceremony and any rituals we’ve agreed on

  • I do not accept or expect tips

Prices:

All life and family ceremonies start at $300 for a 30 minute ceremony.

This includes:

  • Pre-ceremony intake meeting (typically 1 - 1.5 hours)

  • Creation of the ceremony outline

  • A full review of the ceremony outline at least 3 weeks before the ceremony

  • 2 rounds of ceremony changes and edits

  • A final pre-ceremony meeting

  • My officiant services at the ceremony

Additional requests and last minute bookings may require an additional fee. Any additional fees will be made clear up front. No surprises here!
