1️⃣ File a civilian complaint regarding the actions of the RCMP (all details on how to do this are at the link above). It will take you less than 5 minutes! (Thanks to @jnfrcastle for sharing this action!)

2️⃣ Call/Email your MP - again, all details at the doc listed above. You can send a quick email but I have heard that calls/voicemails get more attention. If you can do both, it's even better!
